The Cloonacool Sheep Festival is earmarked for September 21st/22nd. The two-day event will highlight the sheep tradition of the parish and will include a day section filled with exhibitions and activities. The festival will start with a gala festival dance in the community centre in the safe hands of John Hogan and his band from Co Offaly.
